Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and the operator of RockAi Studio (“we”, “us”) for the website at https://rockit.site and the studio at https://rockit.site/aistudio. By creating an account, buying credits, or generating content, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract, to use RockAi Studio.

2. The service

RockAi Studio is a prepaid marketplace for AI generation. You buy credits in Malaysian ringgit and spend them to generate video, images, music, chat replies, and related tools. We route each request to a third-party model provider. We do not promise that any particular model, resolution, or duration will remain available.

The price shown in the studio before you generate is the price in credits for that request. A video rate quoted per second is the rate for one second. Some models also count an uploaded clip or extra images. The composer total is the amount charged.

3. Accounts

You must give a working email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@rockit.site if you believe someone else is using it.

One person may not keep multiple accounts to abuse trials, promotions, or refunds. We may refuse a registration, or close an account, that breaks these terms.

4. Credits and payment

Credits are a prepaid balance for use inside RockAi Studio. They are not cash, not a deposit, and not electronic money. They cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for money, except where the law requires a refund.

Packages and custom amounts are shown on the credits page before you pay. The minimum custom amount on that page, and any lower amount we refuse at checkout, are part of the offer. Payment is collected by our payment partner. We receive a payment reference and status. We do not store your full card number.

Credits are added after the payment partner confirms the payment. If a payment is marked successful and the credits do not appear, contact support@rockit.site with the receipt and we will correct the balance.

Bonus credits on a package apply only to that package. A custom amount uses the base rate and does not include a bundle bonus. Promotional credits may have the expiry or conditions shown at the time they are issued.

5. Failed generations

If a generation fails because the model provider or our service did not return the result, we refund the credits charged for that request to your balance. A result you dislike, or a prompt that produced something different from what you expected, is not a failed generation. AI output is unpredictable.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use RockAi Studio to:

  • break the law, or infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
  • create or share sexual content involving anyone under 18, or any sexual content that the model provider forbids;
  • defraud, phish, impersonate another person, or deceive someone about whether content is AI-generated where the law requires a disclosure;
  • probe, scrape, overload, or bypass the service, credits, or payment flow;
  • resell access to the studio or share an account in a way that hides who is paying.

You are responsible for the prompts, images, audio, and video you upload, and for how you use what the models return.

7. Your content and model output

You keep the rights you already have in prompts and files you upload. You give us a licence to host, transmit, and process that material only so we can run the service, show you your works, prevent abuse, and comply with the law.

Output is produced by third-party models. Subject to those providers’ licence terms and to these terms, you may use the output you generate for your own personal or commercial projects. We do not promise that output is original, accurate, or free of third-party claims. You must check anything you publish or rely on.

We may remove content, or refuse a prompt, that breaks these terms or a provider’s rules.

8. Third-party models and payments

Model providers and the payment partner are independent services. Their availability, filters, and licence terms can change. A provider’s outage, refusal, or change of price can affect a generation. When a provider price change reaches your account, the price shown before you generate is the price that applies.

9. Availability

The studio is provided as available. We may pause generation for maintenance, suspend a model, or change features, credit rates, and package sizes. A rate change does not apply to a generation you already started at the previous price. We may discontinue the service. If we do, unused credits purchased with money are handled as required by Malaysian law, and otherwise are not exchanged for cash.

10. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses the payment flow, or creates risk for other users or for a model provider. Where we can do so without increasing that risk, we will tell you by email. Credits on a closed account that was closed for abuse are forfeited, except where the law says otherwise.

11. Disclaimers

The service, models, and output are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that output will be accurate, lawful for your purpose, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular use. AI can invent facts and can produce similar output for different users.

12. Liability

To the extent Malaysian law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss, or for what you do with generated content. Our total liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. If a change is material, we will post the new terms on this page before they apply. Continuing to use the studio after that date means you accept the update. If you do not accept it, stop using the service.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may also bring a claim in the courts of your home country where consumer law does not allow that to be waived.
